Pointer-Outers...

The times that I cherish the most when the Lord uses others to reveal to me HIS voice and mighty wisdom that He is trying to speak to me. This week I had many of those experiences..

My week started off with my amazing Young Life girls at "Coffee Talk". The message for the evening was what it meant to be a disciple of Jesus..with the help of a little video from ROB (rock your face off) BEll.. .. In the Video he talks about how the disciple's back in the old school days would literally leave everything and everyone to FOLLOW his RABBI. Robster talks about how they would spend their days following their teacher and by the end of the day they would be covered "In the Dust of the Rabbi". Since they were so in step with them they would have all the days muck, dust and sweat. This really touched my spirit and the Lord began to speak to me asking how often do you have the dust of the Rabbi? It began to stir within me that how often do I follow so close to my Jesus that I can say that I have any "Dust" from Him. I began to think, "KJ when have you seen your Rabbi's dust the most?" It is the times that I am in HIS word, on my face, getting my hands dirty for the Kingdom and growing in community with others.

The next revealing came was suddle but very pure. Just chillin with some friends from school over a free Spring Creek BBQ lunch. A precious friend was praying before the meal silently, when another asked " What are you doing?" With the appropriate answer, "Saying my grace." I know this may have been something that others might of just ignored but I noticed and the LORD revealed something...more like asked me. "KJ(He likes to call me that) do you see My dust?..and how many see your Faith in me?" it made me realize that people notice when you have the dust of you Savior..at least I did that day.

more to come later..TIRED MONSTER here!
